Can I enter AMAZE if I have epilepsy?
AMAZE contains strong light & laser effects, loud sounds, smoke and flashing video images which may not be suitable for people with epilepsy.
Is AMAZE suitable for children?
We strongly advise a minimum age of 10 years old. Please be advised AMAZE uses strong light and laser effects, loud audio and explicit/strong images. Children must be accompanied by adults at al times.
Is AMAZE accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, AMAZE is accessible for wheelchairs. AMAZE wonders through a 3.000sqm building with several elevations. Personal guidance is advised and is free of charge. Purchasing one entrance ticket is sufficient.
Pregnancy
It is possible to enter when you are pregnant, how ever if you don’t feel comfortable with dark spaces an a lot of lights and sounds we advice you not to take part in our experience.
Can I enter when I have Claustrophobia?
AMAZE is a walkthrough experience which also includes narrow paths and rooms which may not be suitable for people with claustrophobia.
How do I buy a ticket?
Tickets are sold here.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
No, tickets are only sold online. For the ultimate experience we limited the amount of guests per slot. Due to safety & experience reasons we allow a certain amount of people in the venue.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No, we don’t refund tickets. You can change your time slot up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. Please contact support@globalticket.nl.
Why does AMAZE work with time slots?
This is the best way to have the ultimate experience. You can book tickets every 6 minutes in set time slots. If you are too late we will try to get you another slot within one hour. If Amaze is fully booked we cannot provide a slot or refund the tickets. Please be on time!
How many guests join in one timeslot?
The maximum group size is 8 guests. You can also buy a private slot, just for you alone or with 7 friends.
How can I arrange a group booking to AMAZE?

Is it allowed to film or take photos
Hi, yes with a mobile phone it’s allowed to film and take pictures. Professional filming or photo-gear is not allowed.
